WORK WITH OLIVIER PALAZZO
Influenced by his pop background, taste in art, and childhood in France and West Africa, Executive Chef Olivier Palazzo brings influences from traditional French cuisine with an African twist to the famed Southern Hospitality of Loosie’s Kitchen. While in France, he developed his passion and skills over eight years while working with Cyril Lignac in a finer Michelin Star and Parisian Bistros. His work at Jean Georges in New York fostered his cosmopolitan and elegant cooking style.

Drawing from his multicultural upbringing, Palazzo creates a unique fusion of French-Japanese, Italian and Afro Diaspora upscale cuisine.
He celebrates the best of what the earth has to offer, sourcing ingredients from from the forest to the land and sea.
All dishes are inspired by and created with local, seasonal and fresh ingredients.
